Scheduling Midnight Auto-replies

Quite often, you would want to auto-reply to emails received out of office hours.

You can set up a generic "our office hours are ..." email or target specific emails using AutoReply


In order to target specific times, use the condition "Emails received between ..." condition.

You can then add a start time and an end time.

For example,

  • 7pm and 8am
  • 10pm and 6am
  • 12:30pm and 2pm
  • etc.

Combine the time duration with other conditions (from a specific email address, when the email subject contains certain words etc) and you have an excellent rule to target specific emails.

Once you have the conditions figured out, set up an appropriate auto-reply message and proceed to create the new rule
